Refund Policy

Nature of Services

At Harmonie Haven Centre de Bien-Être et Beauté Inc. , your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to provide exceptional service and quality products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges are granted.

Services (In-person Appointments)

* Cancelation & Rescheduling:

- Cancelation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

- Deposits are to secure your time slot and are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

- Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

- Missed appointments (no -show) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

* Members on a VIP Plans:

Members on a VIP plan do not need a deposit to secure their appointments.

- Cancelation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

- Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

- Missed appointments (no -show) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Refund Eligibility for Service:

- Refunds for services already provided are generally not offered.

- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and may offer a correction session, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.​​

Physical Products (Retail & Boutique items)

* Return window:

- Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging.

* Conditions:

- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

- Opened or used personal care items (e.f., essential oils, creams, ect.)cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

* Defective or Damaged items:

- If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

- We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund upon verification.

Digital Products and Gift Cards

* Digital Products:

- All sales of digital content (e.g., download files, guided meditations, virtual courses) are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

- If you experience technical issues, please contact us - we will make reasonable efforts to ensure proper delivery.

* Gift Cards:

- Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Special Cases & Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances ( medical emergencies, service errors. ect.), Harmonie Haven reserves the right to offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Please e-mail us at

- Your full name at birth

- Receipt or order number

- Reason for the request

- Photos ( if applicable )

We will respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- Store credits or rescheduling options will be provided via confirmation.
