1. Scope of Services

Harmonie Haven provides wellness and beauty services including but not limited to:

- Nail and hand care
- Holistic treatments (Reiki, Aromatouch, Symphonie of the cells, Chakra energy harmonization)
- Aromatherapy baths and body treatments
- Red light therapy
- Retail and digital products related to wellness

All Services are offered in a professional non-medical context and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatments, Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Booking and appointments

- Appointments must be booked in advance, either through our website, by phone, or in person.
- A valid email or phone number is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-show may be charged in full.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforseen circumstances.

3. Payments and Pricing

- Prices for services and products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (TPS + TVQ).
- Payment is due at the time of service or upon checkout for online orders.
- We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfers, and cash for in-person services.
- Promotions or discounts cannot combine unless otherwise specified.

1. Product Sales (Physical & Digital)
- All product sales are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
- Digital products (downloaded, online content) are non-refundable once access or downloaded.
- Physical products must be returned unopened and in resalable condition within 10 days for a refund or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

- Some services may have contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions). It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information prior to your session.
- Harmonie Haven Centre de Bien-Être et Beauté Inc. reserves the right to decline or adapt services if a health risk is identified.
- Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any wellness session or product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Mansfield-et-Pontefract, Quebec.
